You can record and track these parameters, triggering alarms and work orders when required -- all automatically.

The Notifications option, standard on our Energy Monitoring Tool, can be set to inform you of monitored systems alarms via email or mobile phone. If you wish, the system can trigger work orders and automatically route them to your technicians or service providers.

The Monitoring tool also allows you to track whole-building electric, gas, or water consumption. Now you can know instantly if your building has exceeded its utility budget. Over time, this information can be very useful for determining where energy use can be cut.
